Ans. Here you should be very careful. You should never say money motivates me because it will show negativity about work and company.
You can say that I am motivated by life's noble pursuits or you should tell something similar to it.You can tell that I want to be the best in my work or leader of this work.
You can tell that I want to help others.
Q. 3 What is your greatest strength?
Ans. This question provides you the chance to show and shine yourself.Here interviewer is looking about work related strengths. So You can say that I am a great Motivator, I am quick learner, I am a good problem solver etc.
Q. 4 What is your biggest weakness?
Ans. Here you should give answer in such a way that your weakness should be in favor of company and should not affect your work. You can answer that sometimes i will be so serious about my work that I ruined my rest time. etc.
You can tell I have to see my work progress everyday.
Q. 5 Would you rather be liked or feared?
Ans. For answering this type of question you should be very careful. For this question you should reply-
"Neither I had rather be respected"
